How to order

Order securely online - Our website order form runs on a Secure Server using 128 bit SSL encryption. This ensures your details are kept confidential at all times.

Online payment is made via Credit Card: We accept VISA & MASTERCARD.

Due to staff time constraints, we regrettably can only accept internet orders (not email/phone orders) at this time.


Pricing

Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Good's & Services Tax (GST)

GST & Australian Customers:

All prices displayed in the Little Kitchen online shop, are GST inclusive.
GST is applicable to all purchases and shipping made within Australia at the rate of 10%.

GST & International customers:

International customers do not pay GST on goods purchased. Your total cost payable will be adjusted during the checkout process to reflect the sale price less the 10% GST charge. However, taxes are included on international shipping and these customers will see this amount displayed as tax total on their invoice/receipt. International customers should pay the full amount stated as the Total. Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Australian Delivery & Postage Costs

Standard Postage Australia:

If you nominate 'Standard delivery' in the checkout, delivery is via ‘Australia Post’ using the regular Parcel Post method. ALL Australian orders placed with us (no matter how large or heavy) that nominate 'standard postage' is  only $9.95.

Australian Delivery Times

Depending on your location, standard delivery takes between 1 – 5 working days. Express post delivery usually takes between 1-3 days. Where customers are out of the Express Postage Delivery network, Australia Post guarantees fastest delivery possible.

International Orders

International orders can be placed directly via our online shopping cart.

International Dispatch

International orders placed before 2pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) are dispatched next day, excluding orders placed on the weekend and Australian public holidays. All International shipping rates include insurance against loss or damage.

International Delivery Tracking Service

Both our Air Mail & Express post options allow you to track your parcel. We use registered post for all OS parcels sent.

Missing parcels

Please email info@littlekitchen.com.au with all your purchase details (invoice number, your name and the order date) so we can promptly locate your parcel.

Damaged goods & returns policy

All items are packed with care. If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us on info@littlekitchen.com.au so we can remedy the situation. All returns on faulty/damaged stock must be made within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. We regret we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' purchases.
