Order securely online - Our website order form runs on a Secure Server using 128 bit SSL encryption. This ensures your details are kept confidential at all times.
Online payment is made via Credit Card: We accept VISA and MASTERCARD.
Due to staff time constraints, we can only accept internet orders (not email/phone orders) at this time.

Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Australian Delivery & Postage Costs
Delivery is via ‘Australia Post’ using the regular Parcel Post method.
If you’d like to receive your goods via Express Post, we’ll soon have an automated online option available for you to nominate.Postage for ALL Australian orders placed with us (no matter how large or heavy) is FREE for a limited time!
Australian dispatch
We offer a same-day dispatch service (on weekdays, excluding public holidays) for orders placed before 2pm AEST.
Australian Delivery Times
Depending on your location, delivery takes between 1 – 5 working days.
If you’d like to receive your goods via Express Post, we’ll soon have an automated online option available for you to nominate.
Overseas ordering (outside Australia)
Please note overseas online ordering facilities will soon be available (coming later in 2010).
International Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm AEST are dispatched on the same day, excluding orders placed on the weekend and Australian public holidays.

International Delivery Tracking Service
Express Post International & Airmail services offer signature on delivery security.Express Post International ensures fast delivery and enables you to track your order every step of the way.
If you are not at home to receive your goods and the driver feels it is not safe to leave, a card will be left and your goods can be collected from your nearest post office.
Missing parcels
Please email info@littlekitchen.com.au with all your purchase details so we can promptly locate your parcel.
Damaged goods
All items are packed with care.
If an item does arrive damaged, please contact so we can remedy the situation.
All returns on faulty/damaged stock must be made within 2 weeks of the date of purchase.
We regret we cannot accept returns for 'change of mind' purchases.
