Hannah's birthday party at 'Little Kitchen' in North Fitzroy was small scale, but a roaring success. (Next year we'll remember not to hold a party in the middle of school holidays, when so many families go away.) Hannah and six other girls put on chef's hats and aprons and disappeared into a beautifully outfitted half size kitchen, where they made pizza,milkshakes and chocolate muffins with the aid of two very friendly adult cooks. Afterwards they retired to the adjoining half size dining room to eat and sing Happy Birthday. It really is an excellent place.
